Administrator (Training and Systems Support Volunteer - West Hatch Animal Centre)

Are you patient, excellent with systems, and ready to help others build their confidence? We need you to ensure all our volunteers are trained and comfortable with our systems.

Your Impact:

• Work closely with our Volunteer Coordinator.
• Become a pro on our Assemble volunteer system.
• Be the go-to person for volunteers needing help on the Assemble system.
• Assist new volunteers with accessing and completing essential online training.
• Provide one-on-one support to increase system confidence for all volunteers.
• Assist the Volunteer Coordinator with our digital volunteer rota.

This is a project based role running from March until the end of June, with the possibility of extension. The role is flexible and can be carried out at times that suit both yours and the centres needs.
