Small Animal Fosterer (Rabbit/Chicken fosterer)

Could you open your heart and home to a rabbit or chicken in need?

We're looking for compassionate individuals to provide temporary foster care for rabbits/chickens in need of a safe, loving and suitable home environment. Some of the animals in our care may be shy, have medical needs, or simply benefit from the extra space, attention and stability that foster care provides.

Fostering is a flexible and incredibly rewarding way to help. You'll receive full support from Southridge Animal Centre, including the supplies, equipment and veterinary treatment your foster animal needs, as well as suitable accommodation where required.

You'll be part of the wider RSPCA team, with staff on hand to provide advice and support throughout your fostering experience.

If you're over 18, have time to dedicate to a foster rabbit or chicken, and can transport your foster animal to veterinary appointments when needed, you could make a real difference. By fostering, you'll also help us create more space at the centre so we can support even more animals in need.
