Are you an expert in turning websites, social media or eCommerce sites into powerful tools to get a message across, create awareness and a following or raise funds? Do you wish to use your skills to do something meaningful? Are you interested in Animal Welfare? The RSPCA needs people like you so that we can help the animals of Middlesbrough and South Tees.

We are seeking a volunteer to develop and then execute a plan to supercharge our website and social media to boost awareness and improve fundraising. Join a team of motivated people who use their skills to do something meaningful and make a real difference.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Help the Branch leaders to understand how best we can leverage our website and social media to increase awareness, communicate about events and support fundraising.
  • Develop and execute an approach for social media that highlights local animal welfare issues, supports fundraising and creates awareness that the Branch is back up and running

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Whatever your background or skills there is a role you can play. We support all types of animals and we seek all types of people - diversity is our strength. We seek people who want to work together to improve animal welfare. We are a team, we support each other and learn from each other. You should be an expert at what you do and able to both plan and execute.

We want you to bring your skills and motivation, your problem solving skills and ability to get along with people and get things done. If you live on Teesside we would love to hear from you. Together we can make a real difference.

WHAT DIFFERENCE WILL YOU MAKE?

Our approach to social media, eCommerce and our website will be a key driver of successful fundraising and awareness. This is at the heart of being able to better support animal welfare in our region.

There are lots of benefits to becoming an RSPCA Middlesbrough, South Tees & District Branch Volunteer, these include:

  • Use your skills to do something useful
  • Pass on your skills and learn new ones
