Events Helper (Pets At Home Community Partner)

We are the RSPCA and it's our vision to live in a world where all animals are respected and treated with compassion. Our volunteers are incredible, they play an essential role in helping us carry out our important animal welfare work every day.

Much of our direct animal welfare work is carried out through our branches. These separately registered charities across England and Wales are run by volunteers who are unstinting in their work for animal welfare.

We are proud to be working alongside Pets At Home as a Community Partner! We are looking for a very special selection of volunteers to support us with in store events at Pets At Home over the next 12months (and beyond!). Applicants must be available on either the 18th, 19th or 21st April and able to travel to the Melton or St George's Retail Park branches of Pets At Home. We need to cover the hours of 10am -4pm but if you have availability outside of these hours we would still love to hear from you. In this role you'll be assisting at our in-store event, helping us raise vital funds whilst promoting our work in the community. You'll have excellent organisation skills, be happy to engage in conversation with shoppers and be willing to get stuck in and help out where needed.
