Receptionist (Barney & Bella Vet)

We are the RSPCA and it's our vision to live in a world where all animals are respected and treated with compassion. Our volunteers are incredible, they play an essential role in helping us carry out our important animal welfare work every day.

Much of our direct animal welfare work is carried out through our branches. These separately registered charities across England and Wales are run by volunteers who are unstinting in their work for animal welfare.

This role is to provide excellent front-of-house service to clients and their pets, ensuring a welcoming, professional, and efficient reception experience. The Veterinary Receptionist is the first point of contact and plays a key role in client communication, appointment scheduling, and supporting the veterinary team. The vital funds raised by the vet practice go straight back in to supporting RSPCA Woodside's residents and allows us to continue our mission to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome more animals.
