Fundraiser (South Wales Community Group)
Are you enthusiastic about animal welfare? Do you enjoy participating in events in your local community?
As part of one of our community fundraising groups you will play an important part in promoting the work of the RSPCA and helping us to raise vital funds for our work.
The RSPCA relies entirely on generous donations from members of the public and with an ever increasing number of animals who need our help those funds have never been more important.
We will provide you with everything that your group needs including a dedicated member of staff to support you. All funds that your group raises will go directly into our animal welfare work.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with and participate in fundraising events and ad hoc fundraising activities
- Provide support for events e.g. baking cakes
- Advertise and promote our fundraising schemes
- Ensure best practice in fundraising
- To act at all times as a good ambassador for the RSPCA
- Work alongside other volunteers, members of staff and the public ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
